facciamo cuocere a fuoco lento e portiamo a ebollizione. Dopo cinque minuti di bollore aggiungiamo il cioccolato e i biscotti sbriciolati ricordandoci di girare ogni tanto con un cucchiaio di legno e lasciamo cuocere a fuoco più basso per tre minuti quindi spegniamo e lasciamo raffreddare la crema così ottenuta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;i style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Sbucciamo i fichi, prendiamo i pezzetti di noce e li infiliamo nei fichi; mettiamo la crema nel palmo della mano quindi collochiamo il fico al centro e lo avvolgiamo con le mani fino a fargli assumere una forma rotonda. Sopra un tagliere facciamo un trito di cipolla, aglio e zenzero e lo collochiamo nella pentola insieme ai pezzi di gallina aggiungendo, infine, le arachidi e un po' di sale. Facciamo cuocere per 30 minuti mescolando ogni tanto con un cucchiaio di legno.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;In un'altra pentola mettiamo i pomodori interi, la passata, i gamberetti e le arachidi quindi versiamo circa 300 ml d'acqua e lasciamo cuocere per 15 minuti mescolando continuamente fino a quando l'olio delle arachidi viene a galla. Trasferiamo il contenuto nella pentola con la gallina e aggiungiamo il peperoncino.
